The first ever Aztec death whistle was found in Mexico City in the late 90s in the grave of a 20-year-old male who was the victim of a sacrifice. Beheaded, & with his arms crossed over his chest, the death whistle was found clutched within his skeletal hand. One of the most remarkable ancient musical instruments ever discovered, the sound of the Aztec death whistle has perplexed scholars for years. According to recent studies, it is so un-nerving that it can literally mess up your mind. In this episode, I actually play the sound of this infamous resonator for several seconds, but be warned that it might be one of the creepiest sounds you’ve ever heard. Why did the Atec's create these strange resonators? What were the actual results from the scientific tests? Watch to find out

King of the Jinns, Lord Pakal & Ancient Apocalypse 2 Ep 6 Review
The second season of the much anticipated and highly controversial Ancient Apocalypse docuseries has been released on Netflix featuring author and explorer Graham Hancock. This season focuses on ancient sites located in the Americas, and Graham opens the season asking “Could the key to discovering a lost civilization of the Ice Age lie here in the Americas?” In this episode, I recap episode 6 with special guest Rhys Rogers, a fellow researcher, explorer and physiotherapist. Together, we share our thoughts on episode 6 which finds Graham Hancock visiting one of Mexico's most mysterious Mayan archaeological sites - Palenque. Rhys and I break down the fascinating information that was shared in epsiode 6 relating to the Mayan calendar, and how Maya architecture seems to have been a repository of ancient knowledge, linking heaven and earth. We also dive into topics not covered in the Ancient Apocalypse episode, such as the mystery surrounding King Pakal of Palenque. What he really 7+ ft tall? What happened to his skull? And Rhys shares a bit about his recent trip to Morocco where he unexpectedly learned of a local legend regarding the "King of the Jinns," and a mystical shrine on top of the mountain dedicated to this entity.
