  • When the Creator Wore Sandals
Why would the Creator of the universe wear dusty sandals and walk among the people He made? This thought-provoking piece explores how Jesus’ incarnation redefines our understanding of humility, authority, and the nature of true leadership. Far from distant, the divine stepped into history — with skin, sandals, and scars. 🔗 Links and Show Notes 👉 Original article: When the Creator Wore Sandals Jesus the Creator in the Gospel of John The Incarnation: Why did God become Man? • Jesus on the Age of the Earth
What did Jesus actually believe about the age of the earth? When Christ said humans were created “from the beginning,” He directly contradicted billions-of-years timelines. Yet many Christian academics now claim Jesus was simply mistaken about science. One prominent professor shocked with his response: “Jesus didn’t know as much science as we do today.” Dr Carl Wieland and Dr Jonathan Sarfati explore these profound questions about biblical authority. 🔗 Links and Show Notes 👉 Original article: Jesus on the age of the earth Jesus Christ Our Creator Jesus Teaching the Big Picture from Genesis Genesis: Bible authors believed it to be history Jesus Christ on the infallibility of Scripture 🌎 Find much-much more at Creation.com 👍 Social Media► Follow on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and get the eNewsletter. • Why Does Science Work at All?
Why does science work at all? This fundamental question reveals something profound about reality itself. Modern science didn’t emerge by accident, it flourished uniquely under a Christian worldview while remaining stillborn in other cultures throughout history. The very foundations that make scientific investigation possible—objective truth, an orderly universe, rational thought, and honest reporting—find their roots in biblical principles. Without these presuppositions, there would be no basis for expecting consistent natural laws or trusting human reason to understand them. This exploration challenges the popular narrative about faith and science, revealing how Christianity provided the essential framework that made modern scientific discovery not just possible, but inevitable. 🔗 Links and Show Notes 👉 Original article: Why Does Science Work at All? • The Role of Inspiration and Imagination in Design
Where do sudden insights—those creative “leaps” of inspiration—come from? This exploration of imagination and design proposes that the creative process involves more than just steps of reasoning. Inspiration often appears fully formed, untraceable to logic alone. Designers frequently draw from nature to create things that are elegant, purposeful, and unified. If nature is our most consistent source of good design, what does that say about its origin? These questions challenge the notion of randomness and suggest deeper implications. 🔗 Links and Show Notes 👉 Original article: The Role of Inspiration and Imagination in Design The Design Paradigm Design and the Designer Dawkins and Design Design Features Questions & Answers 🌎 Find much-much more at Creation.com 👍 Social Media► Follow on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and get the eNewsletter. • Diamonds—Are They Really That Old?
Diamonds are often said to be billions of years old—older than the dinosaurs and forged in the deep past. But recent discoveries challenge that timeline in striking ways. What does it mean when fresh, unfossilized wood is found entombed deep inside diamond-bearing rock? Why does it still contain cellulose, able to burn like any ordinary log? Even more puzzling: Carbon-14 has been detected in diamonds themselves, something that should be impossible if they were truly ancient. And if we can make diamonds in a lab in mere hours, why insist that nature takes eons? These findings point to a much younger age—one that fits the biblical timeframe. 🔗 Links and Show Notes 👉 Original article: Diamonds—Are they really that old?
