Often, it is. However, comparisons can also be the foundation for growth or liberation. Kerri gives listeners a Godly guide so that comparisons don't steal your joy and peace. Join us as we learn how to use COMP to guide our growth and maintain our joy. C -- Caution: when comparison becomes a thief. O -- Opportunity: when comparison fuels growth and liberation. M -- Mastery: when you are able to focus on your own path with contentment. P -- Purpose: when turning it outward through gratitude and service. In other words, look for COMP when engaging in comparisons.

The Fourth of July is the anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence in 1776. To celebrate America's Independence Day, Cathy, Kerri, and Marlene share the stories and reflections of 8 military veterans and 1 Army Sergeant still serving. Each soldier was asked, "Would you do it all again?" Their responses are both insightful and uplifting. The program also introduces listeners to a little-known American Patriot by the name of Haym Salomon. Salomon never fought in the Army, but he certainly gave all he had. His contributions equate to more than $15 million in 2025 dollars. The American Revolution and certainly General George Washington's Siege of Yorktown in 1781, which Salomon financed at $20,000 per Washington's request, would have been lost.
