Well isn’t this a delight. I’m sure you and I have all been there when we’re out with our friends at a restaurant or diner and they order something and you just wish “man, I wanna try it.” Maybe they ordered Mac and cheese, or a steak that was cooked just right. Or maybe you’re visiting a friend who's recently come back from a trip and they describe all the wonderful foods that they’ve tried and you can’t help but go… “Man, that sounds delicious, I’m going to try that out.”Well that’s exactly what Albert Fish, aka Hamilton Fish, thought when his friend told him about a recent trip from San Francisco to Hong Kong. Except it wasn’t what you would expect, no. Between 1876-to the end of the 19th century, Northern China was hit with a devastating catastrophe, Famine. Many starved to death and those who fought to survive did so in the form of cannibalism.Albert Fish’s "friend" (Captain John Davis) told him how children under 12 years old were kidnapped and sold for food. John Davis was there for so long that he acquired the taste of human flesh. He acquired the taste so much that on his journey home to NY he kidnapped two children (2 boys) , a seven year old and an 11 year old.
