  In 2024, C3 Church Global launched a comprehensive training strategy to support our local churches and provide a pathway for spiritual formation, leadership development and church planting. This will be achieved through three key global training initiatives: The Academy, Xpress, and Launch. Within this Movement Update, members of our C3 Church Global Executive Team, Ps John Pearce, Ps Steve Burgess and Ben Giles (C3 Church Global General Manager), discuss these new training initiatives and give an insight into what each initiative offers the local church.
