  • Listening with Soul (with ADHD)
In this episode of Listening with Soul, Adam and Elisa get personal about what it’s like to live—and try to listen to Soul—with ADHD. From the fog of undiagnosed symptoms to the hormonal curveballs of perimenopause, they share real-life moments of overwhelm, hilarity, and healing. This isn't about fixing ADHD. It's about meeting it with compassion. It’s about how the sacred can still break through even when the dishes aren’t done, the tabs are multiplying, and you’ve forgotten why you walked into the room. They explore how Soul Journaling has become a lifeline—offering a steady anchor in the swirl of distraction, urgency, and mental noise. You’ll hear about their favorite coping tools, from gamifying tasks to building sensory sanctuaries, plus honest reflections on parenting, partnership, and learning to befriend the brain you’ve got. Whether you’re new to ADHD or have been dancing with it for years, this conversation is a soulful permission slip to do it your way.Because even when your mind runs wild, there’s still a quiet voice inside—waiting to be heard.

  • Healing In Between: Cancer, Courage & Soul
One of our favorite people, Adam’s Aunt Cindy, joins us to share the transformative story of her cancer journey. Cindy Polinsky is a retired union organizer and cancer survivor. She is the author of The Double Chai Cafe, a zine about her grief journey. Cindy’s mother died when she was 8 years old. She never dealt with her grief until she was diagnosed with life threatening cancer some 50 years later. A poignant  story, laced with humour, The Double Chai Cafe can be purchased for $10.00 by emailing Cindy at [email protected]. All proceeds will benefit Epic Experience, an adventure camp for cancer patients and survivors. Cindy’s memoir, The Scrappy Knights of Cancer, an Intergalactic journey through grief and beyond, is nearing completion and expected to go to print in 2026. We’ll be sure to let you know when it’s available.

  • Soul in the Middle of the Party
On today’s episode of Holy & Human, we welcome back our dear friend Laurel Marlantes and introduce you to another soul sister, Tina Guldhammer. This conversation was inspired by an unexpected moment of magic—Tina’s birthday gathering that transformed into a living, breathing soul journaling circle (without any journals in sight). What began as a simple celebration became an evening of raw truth, deep connection, and spiritual “birthing”—where each woman brought forward the voice of her Soul and offered it to the group. Together, we explored what happens when presence, vulnerability, and a willingness to listen create space for transformation.Join us as we share the story of that night, the teachings it revealed, and how these moments—often unplanned—can become some of the most profound spiritual experiences of our lives.
