Matthew 13:44Oh my goodness, I finally understand this scripture in practical terms. Because I have done it over the past yearā¦The Kingdom of Heaven is SOOOO PRECIOUS that you hide it in your heart and drop everything just so you can keep itMy God, remember James 4:4 āYour friendship with the world makes you an enemy of Godā THAT is the reason we āsell all of our possessionsā We drop all things that we used to know, people will say, āwhen I was in the worldā somebody said āclean up your social media, get rid of pictures of you when you were in the worldā maybe some of us need to do that.For example, I changed all my handles to @thebiblestudygirl or my YouTube is @thegirlsgirlbiblestudy because I am no longer in the world, I am placed in that field of the Kingdom, enjoying the treasure & planting seeds of righteousness and praise. God told me āMAKE ROOMā thatās why you gotta buy the whole field, cause you are sure to see a luscious garden grow. Sold all my possessions: dropped all my lil boyfriends, isolated myself from worldly folk, stopped smoking and drinking, stopped even watching tv cause šµāš« Social medias are super duper clean and sanctified. Started attending church regularly even though I was in my word the whole time. But the Bible says donāt forsake the gathering of the saints so I had to obey. Likeā¦ I sold all my worldly possessions. & Iām extremely joyful about it. Idc what nobody has to say. lolDo yāall have a testimony like this? āA final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on all of Godās armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.āāāEphesiansā¬ ā6ā¬:ā10ā¬-ā12ā¬ āNLTā¬ā¬ š¹š„Gooodmorning sisters in Christ! Remember to be STRONG in the Lord wherever you go, here or there, always keeping guard over your heart. We test the spirit in people by the acknowledgement of Jesus Christ && the fruits of the spirit which are: āBut the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!āāāGalatiansā¬ ā5ā¬:ā22ā¬-ā23ā¬ āNLTā¬ā¬Stand clear of those that donāt possess it, and always pray for them to receive it.Being strong in the Lord can sometimes mean rebuking the devil in others. Being strong in the Lord, confident in his word. I had to tell a coworker to stop gossiping in the work group chat. That confidence comes from the wisdom found in the scriptures.āI have made your forehead as hard as the hardest rock!
