The Awards honored 50 restaurants on The World's 50 Best Restaurant's new North America list, including JP and Ellia Park's Atomix in NYC, which was named the #1 restaurant in 2025.  Big congratulations to JP, Ellia, & the Atomix team, & all of the chefs & restaurants recognized! We loved being a part of the celebration! 
Shari's interviews take place throughout the Awards ceremony, beginning at the opening reception with Dominique Crenn of Atelier Crenn (#46) in San Francisco; Kwame Onwuachi and David Paz-Grusin of Fifth Floor Hospitality, which includes Dogon (#37) in DC; and Gregory Gourdet of Kann (#27) in Portland, OR. Then immediately following the ceremony, Shari speaks with Chutatip ‘Nok’ Suntaranon of Kalaya (#7; Best Female Chef 2025) in Philadelphia; JP Park of Atomix (#1); & William Drew, (formerly) Director of Content for 50 Best.
