Earlier this morning Taranaki MS Society hosted NED Talks; an action packed day of speakers both nationally and internationally, who have come to Taranaki to spread awareness and information on MS. A highly informative day that we were fortunate enough to be given the audio from. Over the next few weeks, we will enjoy some of the highlights from the day.

This week the Toi Foundation announced the proposed $620m merger with TSB and Heartland Bank and we hear the release from Chair of the Toi Foundation Chris Ussher who explains their consideration. We also talk disability again after the presentation to the engagement committee this week at NPDC from Enabling Good Lives around the proposed Government changes to Disability support.

Craig and Donna from Enabling Good Lives join us for Frankly Friday today to chat about the proposed Louise Upston Disability Support Services Bill and we hear what this means for those living each day with a disability plus we hear a snippet of an interview with NPDC Councillors EJ Barrett, Sam Bennett and Dinnie Moeahu who are urging the community to attend the presentation to council next Weds from Enabling Good Lives and to complete the current petition in Taranaki around this
