Today Tracey catches up with Josh Robertson from the Pasifika Trust ahead of their special day tomorrow and she also chats with Mel and Stacy from Down Under - the cabaret show at the Plymouth. We hear about the various Christmas Parades on around the rohe and we talk about connecting with those you are special to you ahead of the big day.

Down Under opens at the Plymouth tonight and Tracey chats with a couple from the creative team. She also catches up with Sue Jameson from Inner Wheel New Plymouth who have launched an awareness campaign as part of an international Inner Wheel Orange campaign, to raise awareness of violence against women and girls.

The LaLaga Youth Ambassadors and Theresa Tongi, Facilitator of Pasifika Arts at the Govett Brewster Len Lye Centre join Tracey to chat about their aspirations of performing at Polyfest next year and how you can get behind them.
