At the start of January 2025, I did something I don't normally do. I booked a year in review card reading. One card per month. Twelve cards. A full look ahead at what my 2025 had in store for me. And almost immediately, I understood why I usually avoid future focused readings as it added weight to the year before it even began. In this episode, I share what it's like to receive future focused information when you're someone who usually prefers not to know. There are two camps in spirituality, the people who want to know and the people who don't want to know.  I share about how this particular reading made me worry about 2025 and how I interpreted the information I was given in the reading. The holidays can also feel overwhelming when you are sensitive to energy, emotions, and environments. In this episode, I share three simple but powerful reminders to support you through holiday gatherings and the busy holiday season. We talk about navigating crowds without absorbing everything around you, staying grounded during family events, and how to clear your energy regularly. I also share practical reminders for boundaries, both energetic and personal, and how to actually rest and fall asleep more easily, even during a busy season. Your sensitivity is not something to push through or ignore, especially at this time of year. In this week's episode, I share part 2 following episode #287, with what happened when my family listened to the mediumship recording together, and how the messages continued to unfold. Listening to the recording as a family was a powerful experience. There were moments where the messages landed differently for each of us, and moments where the meaning revealed itself as we listened together. There was also one single word said at the very end of the reading became a complete mic drop moment. This episode also explores not so subtle signs that showed up for different people. Things we found at the lodge that let us know my uncle was there with us. The unexpected discovery of a CD while in town...yes, a CD!!  I also share the experience of having one family member who was not interested in listening to the recording at all. I share my perspective on how to navigate situations like this and why not everyone needs to be on board with mediumship. This episode is a reminder that messages do not end when the reading is over, and that healing often happens in layers, conversations, and moments we do not expect. Good job Uncle! This week's episode shares a personal story following the unexpected passing of my uncle and the powerful signs, synchronicities, and spirit confirmations that unfolded within the 48 hours after his death. For someone who has worked with spirit for years, this experience still moved me in a way I was not prepared for. I speak about how I found myself at the gym at a time I would never normally be there, with my phone on me when I almost never bring my phone, and how those small details became part of a much bigger orchestration. I also share how my cousin had been trying to schedule a practice reading with a mentee of mine for weeks and how the timing never aligned, only for the most profound mediumship messages to come through at exactly the moment they were needed most. Messages not just for one person, but for every member of our family. Ever ignored an intuitive nudge until it was basically yelling at you? This week's episode is a real-time reminder of what happens when the thinking brain says stay home but your intuition says get up, go out, and trust me. I share the full story of how I sat on my couch from 8:30 pm until 12:30 am, feeling the strongest pull to get to my friend's birthday party. It made no logical sense. I was tired, cozy, and absolutely not in a go to the bar mood. But the nudge wouldn't let up. When I finally listened and left the house after midnight, everything became clear. I met someone I was meant to meet, had a conversation I didn't know would be relevant, and received the confirmation that this wasn't random, it was indeed guided. In the episode, I talk about how to tell the difference between intuition and overthinking, and what strong intuitive nudges feel like in real time. I explain why intuition often asks us to do things that make zero logical sense, and how trusting timing even when it's wildly inconvenient can lead to aligned moments you could never plan. This episode is your reminder that intuitive guidance doesn't always arrive in soft whispers. Sometimes it shows up like a megaphone telling you to get off the couch.
