The Couch Potatoes

Hello there! We screwed something up and had to reload the podcast, so if you saw it come in, and are now seeing it again, you are not losing your mind! We first tee up the Oscars which are FINALLY here. Then we look ahead to next week at the movies because excitement for Project Hail Mary is heating up. Jeff's got reviews of How to Make a Killing, and that new Dinosaurs series on Netflix. I've got a review of the Netflix movie WAR MACHINE. And we had our weekly check in on Survivor 50, which airs Wednesdays on Global. - Brett

This week Jeff's got a Best Picture nominee review as the Oscars race is heating up and taking some interesting twists and turns. We go through another busy weekend at the movies, which includes a remake of a hockey cult classic. Jeff's got some thoughts on the return of SCRUBS. Survivor 50 did not disappoint with its second episode, AND... I've got a surprise review for Jeff! - Brett

This week we've got a spoiler-free review of the first episode of Survivor 50, we also go spoiler-free for our review of the miniseries A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, we'll tell you what's new at the movies including Scream 7 and something else featuring music ROYALTY, Jeff's excited-ish for season 3 of The Night Agent, but he's REALLY excited for SCTV coming to Prime!

This week we tee up the landmark 50th season of Survivor, which starts Wednesday Feb 25th on Global! Also, Jeff has a review of Crime 101, The Mandalorian & Grogu has a new trailer... is it better than the 'Big Game' spot? Brett plowed through the rest of The Night Manager, and was caught off guard by the ending. And we rewatched a couple of movies... and the one I watched... I sort of wish I hadn't! - Brett
