Pete Hall is the boisterous and exceedingly amiable hut warden of the Pinnacles Hut in the Coromandel Forest Park. Wilderness caught up with him one Saturday night in March, and heard the backstory of what it's like to work in one of one of New Zealand's most popular huts.
