Happy Frakkin Fourth of July! No matter what your creed or color is, I think we can all agree that our country's Independence from tyranny is something we can all agree on. Now, what we've done with that freedom, such as slide blissfully back into tyranny, is the problem we must currently face. In Battlestar Galactica, our heroes are facing the trials and tribulations of putting a former president on trial for.... well, shit, life really does imitate art doesn't it?

Happy Frakkin Friday, folks...and Happy Juneteenth. I wish I had calculated this episode airing on this exact day, for I would have put in some forethought. While slavery in the United States was beyond brutal compared to working long hours in a fuel refinery ships; and ending of slavery is a far more substantial victory over getting a second shift established and a union organized, there is come correlation to the powers that be in a bifurcated society being the villains over the working class. As a member of the working class, this one sits with me. Its so well done, I hate Admiral Adama and President Roslin for a hot minute there, and thats a feat.
