The Lady Greyhounds are undefeated. They’re also very much not a team yet.
In Season 4, Episode 4, Greyhounds’ Day Off, Ted discovers that winning can hide a culture problem as attackers, defenders and midfielders retreat into their own cliques. Which means it’s time for some intentional team building. Naturally, this being Ted Lasso, it ends with a pub fight and a trip to jail.
We dig into why teams have to form, storm, norm and perform, why good team building is about interaction rather than activities, and why the way the Greyhounds behave off the pitch tells us a lot about who they are on it.

But building something new isn't easy.
In Season 4, Episode 3 — “Richmond's Got Talent” — AFC Richmond needs a striker, the Higgins Report is causing trouble, a sponsor gets cold feet, Keeley's kits are nowhere to be found, and the Richmond faithful aren't exactly embracing change.
Sounds like a leadership challenge to us.
