Paula Frisk has been with Ramsey for 33 years. She worked her way up through the business in the United States, working with the product line right through to the day it was discontinued. She's seen the brand through more chapters than almost anyone.

Paula joins Pete from the US to talk about the family-oriented culture of the early years, the relationships that have outlasted the company structures around them, and the phone calls she's had from old customers who can't wait to get their hands on Ramsey equipment again.
