I talk with Blade about what it is like being on a church planting team, and how a team member can serve and assist the pastor of the church plant. We also talk about those who may desire to be a part of a church plant or a new work, but don't feel called to be a pastor, and what their role can be. We try bring you behind the scenes by comparing some of the differences in strategies when learning different languages, and what kind of expectations missionaries should have when beginning language school on the field.
