  • 208: Biblical and Theological Conversation on Sexuality with Justin Burge Pt. 3
Welcome to our newest episode of Parenting Q's! Thanks again for listening as we continue to talk all about "The Talk" with guest Justin Burge. Your student is looking to you to learn about the compelling sexual ethic that God has for our lives as Christians. In episodes 203 and 207, we talked with Justin about sexuality and the purity culture as well as his experience with his dad who was a great model for parenting through these teen years. Justin is a former youth pastor and a current director of college ministry in Wisconsin. Seeing sexual struggles and brokenness in our younger generation has compelled the both of us to offer up a few conversations as it relates to sexuality and "The Talk." Let me know what you think and what questions you may have that we can talk more about in future episodes! Today we are doing a second part of the conversation, which is all about Justin’s experience with his dad who positively led him throughout adolescence and into adulthood. If you haven’t already, follow us on instagram @parenting.qs or find Ryan Moline on facebook. Plus, you can keep your questions coming by messaging me directly at [email protected]. Here is the NY Times article… https://www.nytimes.com/2019/06/15/opinion/sunday/sex-christian.html The music for the intro and outro used is royalty free and available as public domain. It is called "City Sunshine" and is written by Kevin MacLeod. Other music/soundtracks are provided by the wonderful platform of Anchor.
