But as she grows closer to Riley, her friends become increasingly wary of the organization's true intentions, and it's clear not everyone is happy with Buffy's new role... especially as the mystery behind Room 314 begins to unravel.

This week we’re talking Maggie Walsh trying to kill Buffy, her twisted man-demon child of a threat, Adam, and gawking over Riley & Buffy getting extra physical! Just as Cordelia begins to believe she's finally found a genuine connection in Los Angeles, a seemingly perfect date leaves her facing a terrifying and impossible pregnancy. With Cordelia's life hanging in the balance, Angel and Wesley must unravel an unsettling mystery before the nightmare reaches its devastating conclusion.

Hear our conversation on Cordelia yet again becoming this week's target as helpless, and how the writers definitely could have gone with a different storyline. Ponder this preposterous pregnancy with us and just how fortunate Cordelia is to have both Angel and Wesley in her greatest time of need. We have an honest conversation about women's autonomy and agency, how completely they're stripped away from Cordelia and the other women, and why these men are so deeply disturbing for reducing a woman's body to nothing more than a vessel for their own ambitions. We also can't resist poking fun at this week's laughably ridiculous demon while highlighting the comedic relief Wesley continues to deliver and how he's quickly becoming a great asset to the team in our eyes. For such a controversial episode, we made the best of it, no matter how cringe the storytelling is.

A series of ritualistic murders dredges up painful memories from Angel's past, leading him to fear he may somehow be connected to the killings. As Kate pursues a relentless serial killer and uncovers unsettling truths, Angel is forced to confront the lasting consequences of the monster he once was and the legacy he left behind.

This week, Angel's past comes back to bite him... again. Join us as Kate finally learns the truth about Angel and the world of vampires, and hear Courtney's thoughts on how she handled the reveal. We also find ourselves surprisingly taking Kate's side as she struggles to make sense of everything she's discovered. As a demon gathers the ingredients needed to reopen it and unleash an apocalypse, the Scoobies find themselves back where it all began, confronting old fears, old wounds, and the possibility that the future doesn't have to repeat the past.

Come along with us for our discussion on just how convenient it suddenly is to open the Hellmouth this way, the return of that classic high school energy, and why everyone seems to be struggling with the same insecurities they thought they'd left behind.
