Both recovered and Faith now in a coma.. the gang discovers the Mayor plan is to ascend into a giant snake demon during their actual graduation ceremony. Buffy puts a plan in motion that unites the entire senior class to stand against him, giving us an explosive epic finale showdown and a fitting sendoff to our Scoobies as they close the chapter on high school hell.22 episodes now behind us, Brandon and Courtney talk through the final episode of Season 3, reflecting on what Buffy has learned from Faith, the unexpected showdown with a towering snake demon, and the way every character gets a small moment while the senior class stands completely united. When the gang discovers the only cure is for Angel to “drain the blood of a Slayer,” Buffy makes the ultimate decision to bring him one, leading to an intense and epic final battle, Slayer against Slayer.Joined by the Buffy doodle dude himself, Chris Birch, who grants some interesting perspectives on the episode.
