Harvard still dominates, though it fell to No. 3 on a list measuring academic output. Other American universities are falling farther behind their global peers.
正文：Until recently, Harvard was the most productive research university in the world, according to a global ranking that looks at academic publication. That position may be teetering, the most recent evidence of a troubling trend for American academia. Harvard recently dropped to No. 3 on the ranking. The schools racing up the list are Chinese universities that have been steadily climbing in rankings. The reordering comes as the T administration has been slashing research funding to American schools that depend heavily on the federal government to pay for scientific endeavors.

标题：A new generation of Chinese companies is expanding around the world

正文：A few years ago it would have been hard to imagine Chinese brands making it big in America. Yet today shoppers in Manhattan can pop by the 2,800-square-metre store of Urban Revivo to pick up one of the Chinese retailer’s trendy outfits, which are all the rage on TikTok, a short-video app owned by ByteDance, another Chinese company. They can follow that up with a latte from Luckin Coffee, which began opening outlets on the island last year, or an ice cream from Mixue, another Chinese retailer that has recently set up shop.
