Helping people to achieve more confidence, shift and lose weight, deal with menopause challenges, parenting challenges, - she even does past life regressions.

Helen’s hypnotherapy sessions can be likened to counseling combined with that extra edge that cuts deep to the root issues in order to release or break the patterns and habits that limit us or hold us back. She combines this with practical tools to take away that can be used in everyday life and will often incorporate breathwork and mindfulness into her sessions. Helen works online and in person, with the majority of her work now online as it’s just as effective – therefore she has an international client base and can work with anyone anywhere in the world.
