The name Innes FitzGerald has become more and more well known in the running world.
Having run for Great Britain and at the diamond league, Innes is now a double European Under 20 gold medalist in the 3,000 and 5,000m events.

Having recently hit a huge milestone of 10 years since escaping his addiction to drugs and alcohol, Alan told me that he was finally ready, to sit down and tell his story.
