Small Town Murder

This week, in Seaside, Oregon, the terrible & senseless murders of two locals makes this small, beachside tourist town freak out. Luckily, one of the killers decides to tell everyone he knows about these murders, even bragging about about how it was "just for the hell of it", and how it was just like a certain movie that he was obsessed with. But when police go to arrest these cold blooded killers, they're nowhere to be found, seemingly disappearing into thin air. Will they be tracked down, or just turn into ghosts of local lore??
 
Along the way, we find out that watching other people build sandcastles sounds amazingly boring, that just because you're a fan of a certain movie, doesn't mean you need to carry out the film's plot, and it's a lot harder to actually disappear into Mexico than it may sound!!

This week, in Coward, South Carolina, a divorced couple can't seem to stop fighting, with the wife constantly stalking the ex-husband, and even severely beating him with a large stick that's used to check a large truck's tire pressure. When this man disappears, everyone assumes that his ex had something to do with it, but it seems like it may be "no body, no crime". Until one day, when a man recovers what he thinks is a pumpkin, wrapped in a towel. But it definitely isn't a pumpkin. Things get really crazy form there!!
 
Along the way, we find out that naming your town after an insult that no one wants to be called is an interesting choice, that an "Ozark Thumper" was not at all what we thought it was, and that if you're going to get rid of a decapitated body, you need to find a REALLY good hiding spot!!

This week, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a wild & scary scene unfolds when a jealous boyfriend shows up at his ex's new boyfriend's trailer, with a gun in each hand. This leads to cold blooded murder, and a race for detectives to find this killer, and his now kidnapped ex, hopefully still alive. But this killer doesn't want to be caught, and he even plays a particular song, over & over, to show his unwillingness to go down without a fight!! Will he be caught before he has a chance to murder even more?
 
Along the way, we find out that if your town's nickname is about something that your town no longer does... maybe change the nickname, that shooting at a child, for no apparent reason seems to be a bit of an overreation, and that when choosing a song to play, on repeat, while you run from the police, you should choose very carefully!!

This week, in Lafayette, California, a high powered defense attorney comes home to find his wife has been butchered, in their living room. It becomes even crazier when police notice a specific symbol, carved into the victim. Detectives think this may be someone who is angry with the attorney husband, or that the killer may even be the husband, himself. But they end up focusing the investigation on the neighborhood troubled goth teenager, who made some crazy statements to family about the murder. Will the jury believe that he's a cold blooded killer???
 
Along the way, we find out that any music probably sounds fine, if you've had enough wine. That big time defense attorneys can make a lot of enemies, and that sometimes, when you judge a book by its cover, you may possibly be right!!

This sends detectives scrambling into these vortex of missing people, only to discover 3 bodies, but not the original man that they were looking for. Eventually, 4 people are all found horribly murdered, by an obviously cold blooded killer. But will this killer find a way to escape being executed??
