You’ll learn why this shift matters, and how to begin making it in a safe and supportive way. 💗
Then we’ll move into a soothing somatic meditation to help you practice that shift. Through self-havening and gentle “iffirmations,” you’ll be guided to soften resistance, reconnect with your body, and experience the peace that comes when every part of you is allowed to be here.
