Smokers (5th in 2009) and Troy Black - Learn 2 Q (7th in 2009). The Round table shows were some of the most downloaded shows ever in show history…But if I might be honest as it relates to this particular one…the success of these shows was the free exchange of information by the experts that were on the panel…in THIS show…none of those pitmasters decided to freely share their processes…leading me to be very pissed off…and mandating that, going forward on BBQRT Shows…you had to agree to be 100% open with your complete process of how you did the protein we were discussing…this ended up being the only one that was like this…but I was pissed…and you could hear these guys trying to gauge how much info everyone else was sharing and what they were going to share…Not the way the round tables were supposed to work…and we fixed it!Ready to make a “BEST OF” show all your own??
