There is a vast difference in being a believer and being a disciple. Jesus tells us in Matthew 16:24 “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.”‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬ God is calling His people to step forward and step up. Look ahead to the next seven years – stand at the end of 2032 celebrating what God has done! 
Passivity will not result in God’s kingdom coming and God’s will being done on earth as it is in heaven. We must not wait for God to do what He is calling us to do. We must not wait for someone else to do what God is calling us to do. If God places it on your heart, then it is God’s thing for YOU to do something about it!

If we are not moving in the right direction, we cannot get to where God has intended us to go. Galatians 5:25 says “Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.” As Christians, we must know what direction the Lord wants us moving in, but also the timing He wants us to move in. It’s time for the Church to find her voice again – but the voice of God, not the voice of opinion. Truth is who God is and what God says. Do we have the foundation of knowing God and obeying God!? We don’t really know the truth if we don’t obey the truth.

We celebrate the completion of a house being built and a race being finished. So, too, God celebrates when we finish the work that He has given us to do and we finish the race that He has marked out for us to run. Starting is important, but finishing is imperative.
