In this Satsang excerpt, Moojibaba offers clear, simple guidance on how we can consciously exercise our capacity to witness with detachment.
Followed through persistently, this practice has the power to transform our lives and reveal our true nature as pure Being.
āWitnessing means to be aware of something but to stay detached from it. In this witnessing, nothing is happening to me because I'm not involved.
And from witnessing, something greater happensāSelf-Awareness comes aliveāand the scenes lose their magnetism for you.
This is one of the most potent spiritual exercises.ā

The Call From Within ~ Guided Meditation with Mooji
Wherever we may be, whatever our outward circumstance, this is an invitation to be fully here, in the presence of God. Simple, deep and profound, in this meditation Moojibaba guides us into the direct recognition of stillness, which is revealed as our original and essential nature.
"Let go and experience emptiness. Be the emptiness experiencing emptiness."

How to Be Free From Ego
Moojibaba takes a student through a clear, step-by-step guidance into the core of Self-Inquiry. A practical, ever-relevant response to the question āhow to observe with detachment?ā
āThe feeling āIā in you:
āI see, I think, I did, I knowā,
who is the āIā that knows?
Is it personal or impersonal?
This is the most important discovery,
because until you really realize this and know this,
you take yourself to be an object,
perceiving other objects.ā

Transcending Anger
In this heartfelt exchange, a student shares the transformation he has experienced through Satsang, but still seeks help with anger that occasionally arises in daily life.
Moojibaba responds clearly and practically, highlighting the identity of the one who is apparently struggling with this issue. Through the guidance of observing with detachment, the anger is used as an opportunity to recognise our true nature as the uninvolved witness.
āWhat keeps the anger alive?
The sense of āmeā is the fuel for this anger.
Can the āmeā also be included in the seeing?
Can you recede to the space that is beyond even āmeā and its anger?
When you are out of it, youāll know immediately that it didnāt exist.
It doesnāt exist in the place of being.
It only exists in the place of becomingāthe place of the person.
But there is a place which is beyond autobiographyāHere, the most true place.ā

Direct Darshan of the Self
The transformative Satsang that follows is truly a direct darshan of the Self.
Moojibaba sits with a small group and rather than taking many questions, he seizes upon a single, key pointer that every seeker must recognise, and continuously expands and expounds upon it until the entire room is marinating in clear seeing.
It is recommended to listen deeply and follow Moojibaba step-by-step, as he guides us into the strikingly simple and profound recognition of our true nature.
āThere is a very subtle point that we must clear up today because itās been missed. It was just said, āI see that itās the āmeā. The person is the problem.ā
So I say, for whom is the person the problem?
Donāt answer. Let it go in. For whom is the person the problem?
We have time now. Weāre not going to make the mistake of having another question, because thatās an escape plan. Weāre not going toĀ escapeĀ today.ā
