Gary points out the actual context of these passages and the weapons that are being used to show it's not about our future or the USA.

For all the money being spent and all the focus on "what is best for students," the quality of the product has been steadily declining for decades. Most students leave high school unprepared for college, and colleges have adapted to this, all the while raising prices and bringing in more and more students.
