Could this be Britt's last day on the island? An epic storm's a-brewing and if she doesn't find rescue soon, it'll be all over for Britt and Betty. Like a bad omen sent from the pits of Fyre Festival 2.0, VLDL's very own Adam King washes up with the flotsam this week and chats all things Viva, filmmaking and (checks notes) Anne Geddes portraiture.

With the sand-to-body ratio of an hourglass and skin resembling a sundried tomato, the brave Britt Clark waits patiently for rescue from The Island. Like a gift from the heavens, the wildly talented Ella Hope-Higginson drops onto the beach to help Britt while away the hours with behind the scenes stories from her time on Rings Of Power and some very juicy personal goss.

After another failed attempt at building a seaworthy raft, poor sandlogged Britt is in dire need of a pick-me-up. Who’s that on the horizon? Has rescue finally reached the island? No! But it’s the next best thing: Ellie Harwood majestically surfing the waves upon her surprisingly strong miniature schnauzer Ruby. 

Maybe the heat’s getting to Britt, maybe it was the unidentified shellfish she ate, or maybe it’s not a cruel mirage at all - actual angel actress Ariāna Osborne joins our castawayed host on The Island this week to chat about her experience on the set of award-winning film Mārama and give Britt a lesson on the importance of crafting. 

A new bombshell (Brynley Stent) has entered the villa (The Island) and she's here to find love (Chip and Dale mascots from the Disney cruise).
