Who is She Becoming

Some of the best growth starts with a question.

In this episode, Eliza and I sit down and talk through a handful of things we’ve been thinking about, reading about, and feeling like the Lord has been teaching us lately. Eliza is naturally curious, loves to read, and is always asking thoughtful questions … and I love that about her.

We talk about why it’s okay not to have everything figured out, why questions can actually deepen your faith, and how seeking wisdom, Scripture, and the Lord can help us grow.

You don’t have to know everything. Just keep asking, keep learning, and keep seeking Him.

Life won’t always go according to plan and that’s okay.

In this letter, we talk about IQ, EQ, and AQ: learning to understand your emotions, respond wisely, and stay adaptable when life changes. Sometimes the interruption isn’t keeping you from God’s plan…the interruption is God’s plan.

Make your plans, but hold them with open hands and be willing to pivot when God leads you somewhere different. 🤍

The people closest to you are helping shape the person you’re becoming.

In this letter, we talk about being intentional with the people you allow to influence your life, choosing relationships that encourage wisdom and growth, and remembering that loving everyone doesn’t mean everyone gets a front-row seat.

But there’s another side to this conversation too: Who are you becoming in someone else’s five?

Choose your people wisely and become the kind of person who makes others better simply because you’re in their life.

Eliza is back… and this time we’re laughing about what happens when you pray for something, think God answered, and then realize… maybe you weren’t actually ready for it. 😂🤍

We talk about relationships, God’s timing, and the temptation to push open doors instead of trusting Him to open them. Sometimes the answer isn’t “no” - it’s simply “not yet.”

Don’t create an Ishmael trying to rush what God has promised. Trust His timing. His way is better.
