Season 11 - Episode 15 - Finding Gratitude in Healing and Wellness

    13/04/2026 | 1h 6 mins.
This week, I speak with Cheryl Gottesman, the founder of Redeemed Wellness, a Certified Revelation Wellness Instructor, and a Certified Live Well Health Coach. She is passionate about helping women grow stronger in their faith while learning to care for their bodies with grace, freedom, and intention. Cheryl loves Jesus, laughter, family, tacos, and meaningful community. She is a wife to Jerry of 24 years and a mom to three awesome kids (ages 21, 19, and 17). She loves people and is often found in the kitchen preparing meals for loved ones or connecting with friends over coffee or dinner. Her wellness journey hasn’t been linear. After years of neglecting her health and later swinging to extremes with dieting and exercise, Cheryl found a sustainable, faith-centered approach to movement and nourishment in her late thirties. Through that healing, God called her to walk alongside other women on their journeys. Since becoming a Revelation Wellness Instructor in 2019 and a Live Well Health Coach in 2025, Cheryl has been equipping women to see movement as a gift rather than a punishment, helping them shift their mindset from “I have to” to “I get to” as they learn to honor God with their whole lives. We look at her childhood up to the present to find the beautiful thread of Jesus in her life. You won't want to miss this inspiring episode!

Season 11 - Episode 13 - Finding Gratitude and Peace Even in the Overwhelm

    30/03/2026 | 49 mins.
This week, I speak with Nichole J Suvar, a writer, speaker, and intentional living strategist who comes alongside overwhelmed women to introduce them to God’s design for mental wellness. Through her books, devotions, podcasts, and speaking, she helps women identify the sources of their anxiety and move from being chronically overwhelmed, rushing, and purposeless to grounded, focused, and full of purpose. Nichole has been featured on Her View From Home, Living By Design Ministries, and Proverbs 31 Ministries. She partners with several nonprofit organizations, locally and nationwide, to promote mental wellness and faith through meaningful conversations. She has published five books, her latest being I Don’t Have to Hold it All Together, Cultivating the Peace of Eden When Feeling Overwhelmed. She and her husband, Paul, live in Indiana with their three teens. You can find Nichole trying in vain to keep the cupboards stocked for her always-hungry kids, hiking a new trail and soaking in the quiet with her husband, or savoring cheddar cheese with pickles like a gourmet meal. She’ll take deep conversations over small talk any day, especially if there’s good coffee involved. We look at her childhood up to the present to find the beautiful thread of Jesus in her life.
