How can I encourage my friend who is depressed? Her belief system seems to be the source! What do the five spiritual senses represent in your book, "Heaven is Now"? Who is the antichrist? Who is the man of lawlessness? When was the book of Revelation written? Did Jesus return in A.D. 70? Is there "soul sleep" or are we with God immediately upon our death? My friends tell me we are still under the law and that we're fulfilling it as we love people. Is that right? What is grace? When Jesus ascended, whom did He send as the Comforter? Is there a person we should be waiting for?

Have you entered the promised land of Jesus? If so, then relax!
Discussion Questions for Hebrews 3:
Why is Jesus compared to Moses in this chapter? To make what point?
How does Moses as a "servant" (v.5) and Jesus as a "Son" (v.6) bring even further clarity to the contrast? How might this get you thinking about your own role with God?
What does the example of their forefathers in the wilderness for forty years illustrate for the original readers of this epistle?
How does the picture of leaving Egypt, being in the desert, and entering the Promised Land clarify the real meaning of "hold fast" and "until the end"?
The synonyms "sinned" (v.17) and "disobedient" (v.18) and "unbelief" (v.19) help answer the following question: Is Hebrews warning Christians they will lose their salvation if they commit too many sins? Explain.

How do you reconcile Revelation 7 and 19 with the church being left behind and not "taken away"? At what point were the Jews no longer doing the right thing with their Temple practices? Also, wasn't righteousness always by faith anyway? Did Martin Luther delete certain books from the Bible? A Catholic person told me that Protestantism is a cult and that Catholicism is the only true faith. How do I respond to this?

Does "like a thief in the night" mean Jesus is returning quietly and secretly? In practical terms, what does it mean to "present your bodies as a living sacrifice" (Romans 12)? How does bearing the fruit of the Spirit in our lives actually happen?

Should we look to Israel as our prophetic time clock? What is eternal life in Hell really like? Is it possible that households are automatically saved after one parent believes? Do I have to read the Bible or are there other, more enjoyable ways for me personally to learn more about the gospel?
