Stephanie MacKinnon is a certified coach and community facilitator, dedicated to supporting people who give a shit as they navigate the tension between their values and the realities of living under late-stage capitalism. 
For over 15 years, across community spaces and coaching rooms, she's created space for people to slow down, think clearly, and dream beyond this moment toward what could be.
She supports artists, care workers, public servants, and ethical business owners — people who refuse to give up on a better future but also refuse to abandon themselves in the process. Having supported more than 100 clients over the years, she's now channelled that work into ROOTED, a leadership programme for people who want to ground in their values, resist the pressures of capitalism, and take small, steady steps toward a future they believe in.
