Our first guest is Allie Osipov, a Senior Designer from WebMechanix. Graduating in the throes of the pandemic meant unique challenges for Allie’s job hunt after school. In this episode, we hear about Allie’s experience searching for a good career fit, how she balances work and play, and why you should never be afraid to ask questions in the professional world.
Design Together was created to provide a space to explore design collaboration. With the influx of design thinking methods, and the desire of many designers to embrace a human-centered approach to design, there is a need to understand how creatives work together. Collaboration happens both internally and externally, and each situation calls for a unique set of skills that we discuss and share strategies on how to approach each new challenge. Our guests share their expertise, successes, and failures, all in an effort to educate our audience on the nuances of how to improve the way we work together.
