Empowered Puberty for Girl Moms

What if the biggest questions our daughters ask during puberty aren’t actually about puberty at all?
After nearly 70 episodes talking about periods, hormones, body literacy, confidence, friendships, and mother-daughter connection, I’ve realized something that I can no longer keep in the background.
Every conversation about puberty eventually leads to the same place.
Because puberty isn’t just about changing bodies—it’s about forming identity.
It’s about discovering who she is, whose she is, and whose voice she’ll believe when the world gets loud.

Today’s episode is a little different—and one of my favorites.
Aria just wrapped up 6th grade, and I wanted to capture this moment before life keeps moving. We sat down for a fun, honest conversation about middle school, growing up, puberty, what’s surprised her most, and the things she’s looking forward to as she heads into 7th grade.
