Life has been absolutely crazy lately, moving to Arizona later this year and expecting a second child has had the plate full. But! Starting back on the enjoyable adventure of talking with a beautiful conversation with MJ! MJ and I have known each other for a while but getting time to sit and talk with each other for the first time, you will easily hear her heartwarming, care and empathy shine through every word. Had an absolutely beautiful conversation with a long time friend Madeline at the Chess Club downtown!

Joined by a new friend Ben this week and he and I had a fantastic conversation filled with laughter and deep insights. We effortlessly explored a wide range of topics, from Ben’s love of golf to our different perspectives on loneliness. It was a memorable exchange that left us both, I hope, feeling enriched and connected.
