We do not exist in a vacuum .. we need community … According to Dan Buettner, who went to (5) Blue Zones in the world to see what was necessary, across the board, for people to live a healthy, long life … community was at the top of the list for every single country.

The intention of SOUL MEDICINE is to offer you, the listener, ways to reconnect to your soul.   This week I want to talk about the VOID.  That space between space, where seemingly nothing is happening, and yet .. beyond your small scope of vision, it’s when everything is happening. 

It’s when you let the Universe take over; you watch for signs, you listen to your intuition, you allow yourself to be still. Even the Moon has a “void of course” where everything stands still.  Why can’t you?  It’s where all the magic is!

The intention of SOUL MEDICINE is to offer you, the listener, ways to reconnect to your soul.   This week I wanted to talk about MIDLIFE. I was inspired to talk about this after my birthday … and no, I will not tell you how young I am.  But I believe there is a difference in our Gregorian calendar age, our spiritual/wisdom age, and our biological age … so really, it doesn’t matter.  

There are a few things I’m not super excited about and there are a few things I am over the Moon about, stepping into this milestone.  I’d love to hear from you.
