In this video, I share my thoughts on a situation unfolding in the spiritual community. While I don’t dive into ALL of the drama, I do highlight one woman’s content that, in my perspective, carries a lot of ego, shadow, and red flags. To me, these are the kinds of dynamics that can evolve into cult-like behaviour if left unchecked.I showcase a few of her videos and offerings to illustrate what I see as red flags, and, just as importantly, I also talk about the green flags and qualities to look for when seeking guidance, teachers, or retreats. My intention here isn’t to attack or label anyone as “bad,” but to bring awareness to the shadow aspects I’m noticing, as these are important conversations.We’re all on our own unique journeys, but I believe it’s essential to talk about these patterns so we can recognize where true guidance ends and distortion begins.This is my perspective.
