    Pregnancy After Loss

    14/08/2026 | 48 mins.
After being open about her miscarriage in past episodes, Maia sits down to share about a season she’s currently walking through: pregnancy after loss.

Going into this pregnancy, Maia feared that anxiety would taint something she had prayed so deeply for-that instead of experiencing joy, she would spend nine months waiting for something to go wrong. But what she’s found is that the fear and uncertainty have actually become a beautiful invitation to depend on God more deeply and let trusted people into the places she can’t carry alone.

In this episode, Maia shares honestly about some of the struggles that have come with pregnancy after loss-from telling people she was pregnant again to navigating anxious thoughts when different symptoms or situations arose.

She also shares some of the practical things that have helped her fight fear along the way: finding a “fighting verse” to come back to, being intentional about the voices she allows into her mind and heart, guarding what she consumes, and having trusted people she can process the very real parts of pregnancy with without leaving the conversation feeling more fearful or anxious.

This episode isn’t about pretending fear doesn’t exist. It’s about learning that when it does come, we don’t have to walk through it alone. We can invite God in, invite His people in, and continue choosing truth one moment at a time. 🤎

    For When You're Weak

    01/08/2026 | 39 mins.
This episode is a little different. 🤎
You're listening in on a phone call between Maia and her dear friend, Lauren Snyder - a woman with such a vibrant faith and someone who continually points others back to Jesus. What started as a simple conversation quickly became one we knew we wanted to share with you.
Together, we talk about what it looks like to be weak... to not have the right words, not have it all together, and not know what to pray. Through Romans 8:26–28 and 2 Corinthians 12:9, we unpack the beauty of bringing our weakness to God instead of trying to tie a bow on every situation. Sometimes, in our desire to "be okay," we miss the sweetness of simply being God's daughters - fully known, fully loved, and welcomed into His presence exactly as we are.
Maia also shares how walking through miscarriage reshaped the way she approaches weakness and her relationship with the Lord, while Lauren vulnerably shares how her journey with brain tumors has continually taught her to depend on God's strength instead of her own. Though their stories are different, both point to the same truth: God's grace truly is sufficient, and His strength is made perfect in our weakness.
We also talk about the importance of bringing trusted people into our weakness. As Christians, we're not called to hide our struggles but to let others walk alongside us. When we bring things into the light, we experience greater freedom, encouragement, and a tangible reminder that we were never meant to do this life alone.
If you're in a season where you feel weary, uncertain, or like you have to hold everything together, we pray this honest conversation reminds you that you don't have to. God meets us in our weakness, and often, He does so through the people He's placed around us. *and maybe He will let you blow your nose in His shirt LOL

Bringing God Into Our Daily Lives

    24/07/2026 | 51 mins.
What does it actually look like to walk with God every single day - not just on Sundays or during your quiet time?
We hear phrases like "bring God into your daily life" or "walk with God every day" all the time - but what does that actually look like in real life? How do we practically do that?
In this episode, we're unpacking what it means to invite God into the ordinary moments of your day. We talk through three practical ways we've learned to stay connected with Him: prayer, God's Word, and praise/worship. We also share simple habits that have helped us pray throughout the day, grow in understanding Scripture, worship in the middle of everyday moments, and involve God in the little decisions that often go unnoticed.
Our hope is that this conversation leaves you feeling encouraged and equipped to stop seeing your relationship with God as something reserved for one part of your day and instead begin walking with Him in every moment.
    We're so grateful you're here. 🤎

    Let's Talk "Summer Bods"

    18/07/2026 | 52 mins.
When the weather is hot, so is the pressure. From "getting summer body ready" to constantly comparing ourselves online, it can feel impossible to escape the messages telling us we need to look different.
But what if the battle isn't actually about our bodies?
In this episode, we're having an honest conversation about body image, comparison, and the enemy's attack on our uniqueness and our lives through the lens of Psalm 139. We talk about questions like: What would you say to the woman feeling immense pressure to look a certain way this summer? How can we actually remember God's truth about our bodies and live it out? What do we cling to when we're walking on the beach feeling insecure? And how do we respond when conversations with friends become centered around criticizing our bodies?
Throughout the conversation, we share practical ways to guard what you're consuming, stop overanalyzing your appearance, and remind yourself that you are so much more than what you look like.
If you've ever looked in the mirror wishing you were different, compared yourself to someone online, or felt like your value was connected to your appearance, this episode is for you. We're so grateful you're here. 🤎

Wrapping Up Our Relationship Series: Q&A Style!

    09/07/2026 | 1h 2 mins.
After weeks of talking all things singleness, dating, breakups, and marriage, we're wrapping up our relationship series by answering YOUR questions!
We received SO many questions (thank you!!), and in this episode we're sitting down for a true rapid-fire Q&A covering topics like: how to practically "date God," ways to put yourself out there and meet guys, feeling behind because you've never been in a relationship, getting over someone you still love, discerning a hard season vs. a relationship to walk away from, balancing friendships while dating, long-distance relationships, difficult in-laws, and more!
Some of these questions point back to conversations we've already had throughout this series, while others gave us the chance to go a little deeper. Our prayer is that wherever you are-single, dating, engaged, or married- you leave feeling encouraged to pursue relationships in a way that honors God and brings you closer to Him.
If we didn't get to your question, don't worry! Be sure to check out our "Relationships" highlight on Instagram where we've organized all of the episodes from this series by topic. There's a good chance we answered it there! And if something is still on your heart after that, we'd love for you to send us another message.
Lastly, a little heads up! You may notice the audio sounds a little different than normal in this episode (and for the next couple episodes). Our SD card decided to fail on us, after trying everything to fix it we ended up having to use our backup audio. We almost didn't share these conversations, but we truly felt the content was too encouraging and helpful not to. Thank you for giving us a little grace through the imperfect audio- we promise our normal setup will be back soon!
