In Part 4 of The Path to Perfection, I'm introducing the fourth step in the way of perfection—prayer as communion with God. He outlines three key insights about prayer, focusing on “centring prayer,” which involves learning to rest in the presence of God, allowing the Holy Spirit to draw us into deeper union with the Father.
