Popok briefs on how the House Oversight Committee led by Rep. Garcia and Judiciary Commitee chaired by Jamie Raskin will be used by the Democrats in their return to power to immediately start investigations of Musk and DOGE; Trump and his families money money making; corruption in the DOJ and on the federal bench; and the Trump-Epstein sex abuse conspiracy on day 1 of taking the gavel. Popok also explains that 90 percent of the time the focus will be on investigations and referrals to STATE prosecutors and the other 10 percent on the much harder constitutional impeachment and removal route. But it all matters.

The smell of victory is in the air on Election Day, as the Chief Judge of the DC Federal Court, Jeb Boasberg, has issued an emergency restraining order to block the Trump Administration’s efforts to cancel out more than 20,000 California votes based on faulty data that would lead to citizens registered to vote having their votes thrown in the trash.
