St. Philippian Jayne Gurley, founding director of the L.I.O.N. Players, a university-aged group that uses performing arts to communicate God’s design for love, sex, and marriage.

Vinnie Rhodes, owner/operator of Sea Island Medical Care in Mt. Pleasant, earned his BS in biology from Wofford College and his MD from MUSC. As part of his volunteer work with Three Rivers Outreach Medical Missions, he has journeyed several times to Liberia to treat hypertension and diabetes. Dr. Rhodes and his wife, Bet, who have three children, live in Awendaw and have been members of St. Philip’s since 2019.

In this very special ladies' lunch, Jane McGreevy sits down with her mother-in-law, Amy Jones McGreevy, the happy matriarch of the McGreevy family, which now includes seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Amy is a graduate of Agnes Scott College and holds a graduate degree from Emory University. She celebrates her 96th birthday in May.
