SASQUATCH THEORY

Terry from the South Caribou area of British Columbia joins me to share a series of strange encounters taking place on family property in Canada. During a hunting trip in 2025, Terry attempted a deer call and immediately received loud wood knocks in response. When he repeated the call, another knock came from a different direction. The activity continued with repeated knocks around the cabin.

Soon after, things became even stranger. Using thermal equipment, Terry observed unexplained orb activity over the property. One night a pulsating object flew overhead appearing to change colors. The following evening, additional family members witnessed unusual aerial activity again. Terry and his uncle later observed three glowing orbs moving around the land. The encounters did not stop there. Tracks appeared near locations where something seemed to be watching from the tree line.

Sharp whistles echoed through the woods. Tree structures began appearing. Terry’s brother reported seeing a massive white Sasquatch-like creature estimated around 12 feet tall that appeared to disappear into the forest without explanation. Since then, Terry says the activity continues to increase—voices in the woods, trees being pushed over, eerie screams, close orb encounters, and reports from surrounding properties describing similar experiences. In this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview Lori Ann from Campbellsport, Wisconsin, who shares a lifetime of strange and unexplained experiences. Her most terrifying encounter occurred in April of 2010 around 2:00 in the morning while driving down a rural county road. Lori says she looked into her rearview mirror and noticed what appeared to be a massive dog-like creature rapidly gaining on her vehicle while she was already traveling approximately 55 miles per hour. As the creature closed the distance, she could clearly see its glowing orange-yellow eyes and bluish-black body. Believing her life was in danger, she accelerated to nearly 80 miles per hour before finally escaping.

She estimates the animal was almost as large as her compact car and says the experience has haunted her ever since. To this day, she avoids driving that stretch of road. Lori also discusses the strange activity she experienced while living in the countryside near Campbellsport. She recalls hearing unexplained whistles coming from the woods, having small objects thrown in her direction, and repeatedly finding that something was taking her goats from the property. Ducks and geese were also found dead with their heads missing, while her dog would constantly bark toward the tree line as though something was watching from the woods.

Lori believes these incidents may have been connected to Sasquatch activity. The interview also touches on a UFO sighting reported by her teenage son, along with paranormal experiences Lori says she has encountered throughout her life. She explains how difficult it has been to share these events because of the fear of being judged or called crazy by people she trusted. In this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview Mark and Roberta about a series of extraordinary encounters spanning more than a decade.

Mark's first experience took place during a whitetail deer hunt near the Oklahoma and Kansas border in the 1980s. While hunting in a wildlife conservation area, he says he encountered a female Sasquatch unlike anything he had ever imagined. According to Mark, the creature communicated with him, handed him leaves, pointed toward the stars, and led him into what he describes as another place through a portal. There he recalls seeing a family group of Sasquatch, drinking from a mysterious bowl, experiencing missing time, and later awakening wrapped in a bearskin.

He also describes seeing a massive male Sasquatch accompanied by a wolf before returning to the woods where he had been hunting. Afterward, Mark witnessed additional Sasquatch moving through the forest, communicating with one another using primate-like vocalizations. He describes them as appearing tribal, wearing animal furs, and one large male bearing three scars across his face.

Before leaving the area, he exchanged a wave with one of the creatures, an experience he says has stayed with him ever since. Years later, in 1993, while deer hunting near Clayton, Oklahoma in the Kiamichi Mountains, Mark experienced another unsettling encounter. After watching several deer cross a creek, he heard what sounded like enormous footsteps approaching behind him. He then heard a voice telling him not to turn around because, as he recalls it saying, "I'm ugly." Mark believes the unseen creature may have been something different from the Sasquatch he encountered years before. These are Mark's personal experiences and recollections. In Part 2 of this interview, Neil from Georgia returns to continue sharing the remarkable experiences that have unfolded on his property over the years. After documenting repeated Sasquatch activity around his home, Neil now discusses the encounters experienced by his own family, along with the conclusions he has reached after years of observation. Neil begins by talking about the books he has written and how his research has evolved. He then shares one of his son's most unforgettable encounters. While collecting dirt near a creek on their property, his son caught movement out of the corner of his eye and briefly witnessed what appeared to be a juvenile Sasquatch.

The creature moved with incredible speed, disappearing almost instantly without making a sound. His son later experienced another shocking sighting while returning home from work. As he pulled into the driveway, he saw two creatures moving rapidly on all fours before turning and witnessing an enormous Sasquatch estimated to be around eight feet tall. Neil also discusses why he believes Sasquatch chose to remain on his property.

The surrounding floodplains become heavily flooded during periods of rain, leaving his land as one of the few elevated areas where wildlife—and possibly Sasquatch—can safely remain. He believes the creek bottoms and flooded timber serve as major travel corridors connecting larger sections of habitat. Throughout the interview, Neal shares additional reports involving thermal observations during expeditions, his wife's experience detecting a large figure around their campfire, evidence of territorial behavior, large tracks discovered along creek bottoms, unusual scat, possible sitting impressions left in the mud, and why he believes Sasquatch hunted the wild hogs that once occupied the property.

Neal also explains how planting fruit trees, establishing food plots, and stocking his pond with fish may have unintentionally created an ideal habitat that attracted both wildlife and Sasquatch. He reflects on his gifting experiments, why he no longer recommends gifting, the mysterious quartz rocks that repeatedly appeared on the property, theories surrounding quartz and energy, and the strange attraction these creatures seemed to have toward music. Finally, Neal shares why he now believes some of his childhood experiences may also have involved Sasquatch, long before he realized what he was encountering. This episode continues one family's incredible journey of documenting years of unexplained activity and offers another perspective into one of Georgia's most intriguing long-term Sasquatch investigations.

On this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I sit down with Mike to discuss a lifetime of strange experiences that began with stories passed down through generations of his family. His grandfather spoke about mysterious creatures that could seemingly appear and disappear without a trace, while unexplained livestock losses and strange sightings around the family farm left lasting questions that still remain today. As Mike grew older, he began having his own encounters.

While exploring an area where he discovered unusual tree structures, he came face-to-face with what he believes was an elderly female Sasquatch. The creature appeared weathered with gray coloration and briefly peeked from behind a tree before vanishing in a way that left him questioning what he had witnessed. Was it simply using the terrain to escape, or was there something far stranger taking place? Mike also shares several unsettling incidents involving unexplained rock throwing, heavy footsteps, deep growls in the woods, and mysterious owl vocalizations that seemed to surround him.

He discusses his belief that these beings communicate in ways beyond normal speech and shares why he feels telepathic communication may play a role in some encounters.
