Fear doesn’t exist in the present moment — it lives in memory and anticipation. In this episode, I break down how time itself functions as a control structure in the Matrix, and why fear needs past and future to survive. When you’re pulled out of presence, fear gains leverage. When you stay here, it loses its grip.
We explore how nervous system regulation isn’t about avoiding fear or calming yourself down, but about staying present inside activation. Presence stabilizes the nervous system, and a regulated nervous system dissolves fear — not by suppressing it, but by removing the time-based stories that keep it alive. This isn’t about bypassing reality. It’s about learning how to remain present so fear has nowhere left to operate.
