    Benny Serrano

    17/03/2026 | 1h 48 mins.
In episode 26 of Still Noise I have a conversation with the multi-talented Benny Serrano.
In his younger days Benny was a professional fighter, claiming multiple Australian titles.  He currently is a musician, surfer, acupuncturist, and muscular correction specialist. Benny’s life has moved through some very different worlds; from the intensity and discipline of a combat sport to a deep interest in music, surfing, and the healing side of understanding the body. In this episode we talk about his career as a fighter, his relationship with the ocean, healing the body, and the experiences that have shaped the path he’s on today. Benny is an eccentric character and an absolute lunatic in the best way, but beneath the humour he is a cauldron of wisdom.
Strap yourself in and come along for the rollercoaster ride that is the life of Benny Serrano.
