Cass served as the Global Worship and Creative Pastor/Director at Hillsong Church for 16 years. She and her husband Rich are now empowering others in their worship and creativity through their new church thelocal.sydney and an online community of creatives called "the Hopeful Rhino" which exists to inspire and equip Christian Creatives working or volunteering in ministry, to live and lead their creative best.
