Come as you are: Analysis paralysis and Perfectionism
Reach out to us!Hello lovely listener. Happy New Year; I’ve been meaning to get back to you but I must get something off my chest. I really enjoy making these episodes and I am especially encouraged by your interactions with them, but I‘ve been finding myself in something of a prolonged freeze response; especially in the past months where I struggle to write, record and produce as I used to. Seeing that this podcast is relatively young I didn't think the issues I have with perfectionism would rise to the surface so soon but my need for “Shadow work” as it were has finally come to my attention. This isn’t to say that I won’t be uploading any episodes but I thought it important to say something especially since we’re in the middle of a couple of series’. I also think of this as a way of loosening the self-imposed reins regarding what makes a good episode or podcast in general. As always, thank you for listening and you’ll hear from me very soon.

Reach out to us!Thank you for listening in 2023!A Shropshire Lad, XLA. E. HousmanInto my heart an air that kills From yon far country blows: What are those blue remembered hills, What spires, what farms are those? That is the land of lost content, I see it shining plain, The happy highways where I went And cannot come again.Walkabout OST
