A Little Unfiltered, Kinda Bothered

Today's episode I am talking about the worst work week ever being back at school. We lost one of most beautiful students, Breyana. This episode is dedicated to her and as I walk thru what the day felt like, it may be hard to listen to, but please know, this is how I felt in this time. So in honor of Breyana being 16 years old, I made the talking point 16 minutes long. THIS IS FOR YOU BREE!

On today's episode I am talking about my struggles with weight loss and how I started my health journey annnnnnddd where I am at now. We live in a world where we are constantly comparing ourselves to others and that toxic vicious cycle has to end today! This is including me. Also please understand this episode is all in my opinion and my experience so bare with me while I take you on this journey with me!
