AstroSophy Explained: Christ Mysticism, the Cosmos, and the Astrology You Were Never Taught | with Sarah Poe

    04/08/2026 | 59 mins.
In this episode, Harmony sits down with her dear friend Sarah Poe — a mother, spiritual guide, and self-described "midwife of the soul" — for a deep dive into the star wisdom systems reshaping how we understand ourselves. Sarah is the founder of Living Stars School and works at the intersection of AstroSophy, true sidereal astrology, Gene Keys, and Human Design, weaving them together into what she calls a "soul blueprint": a multidimensional map back to your innate gifts and divine nature.

Sarah shares her own path from a Southern Baptist preacher's family in West Virginia to becoming a teacher of Christ-centered star wisdom — including the 3:33am wake-up calls that started it all. Harmony and Sarah unpack the real difference between tropical (Western) astrology, Vedic astrology, and true sidereal astrology, why the sun isn't where you think it is, and why Ophiuchus — the "missing" 13th sign — matters more than you'd guess. They also explore the Gene Keys, Human Design, the Magdalene mysteries, indigenous ritual (including the Lakota "spirit plate" practice), and what it really means to stop chasing someone else's path and come home to your own.

    In this episode:

What AstroSophy is, and how it uses the life of Jesus/Yeshua to contemplate the stars

Tropical vs. Vedic vs. true sidereal astrology — and the 24-degree gap between them

The 72-year wobble of the Earth, and why Sarah calls it "the mother's heartbeat"

Ophiuchus, the 13th sign: the healer, the serpent, the bridge between death and alignment

How Gene Keys and Human Design shift when calculated through true sidereal placements

Sarah's years on the Standing Rock reservation and the Lakota spirit plate ritual

The Gene Keys collective cycle, Gene Key 22, and "the great remembering"

Why you don't need to be everything — owning your one, unique genius

The Spiritual Pilgrim: How Ashtanga and Tibetan Buddhism Point to the Same Truth

    28/07/2026 | 1h 6 mins.
Cory Michael Bryant — known to many as The Spiritual Pilgrim — joins Harmony and Russell for a conversation about what happens when two decades of Ashtanga yoga and Vajrayana Buddhist practice grow up side by side. From a 9/11 wake-up call that led him to his first yoga class, to studying under teachers in the lineage of Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche in Nepal, Cory traces how Ashtanga and Tibetan Buddhism aren't separate paths — they may be two branches of the very same root.

    In this episode:

How a strange bout of stress-induced hair loss led a type-A FDA chemist into his first yoga class

Studying with Sharon Gannon and David Life at Jivamukti, and the pull toward Ashtanga

Moving back to the American South as an openly gay man after 20 years in New York and DC

The 37 practices of a bodhisattva, and using relationships as spiritual practice

What sukha and dukkha actually mean — and why it's really about space versus contraction

The Vairochana posture as “the ultimate asana,” and the prana/nadi/trulkhor overlap between Ashtanga and Vajrayana

Taking refuge, ngöndro, and years of preliminary Buddhist practice

Leading pilgrimages to Nepal, Bhutan, India, and this fall, Mount Kailash in Tibet

     Guest Bio

Cory Michael Bryant, known as The Spiritual Pilgrim, is a longtime Ashtanga yoga teacher and Vajrayana Buddhist practitioner. A former FDA food chemist, Cory has practiced Ashtanga since the early 2000s, trained at Jivamukti Yoga under David Life and Sharon Gannon, and has studied for over a decade in the lineage of Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche, including with Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche and Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche. He leads pilgrimages to Nepal, Bhutan, and India through The Spiritual Pilgrim, and teaches on Omstars.

Tarot Isn't Fortune-Telling — It's a Mirror for Your Soul | with Karina La Puma

    21/07/2026 | 50 mins.
In this episode, Harmony sits down with Karina for a conversation about the wisdom that's been inside us all along. Karina explains why she never uses tarot to predict the future — instead, she reads the cards as mirrors for the archetypal patterns already shaping our lives. They talk about magnetic creation, the eight-year fear block that kept her new book on a shelf, and the Terma ritual she teaches for manifesting from alignment instead of force. Along the way, Karina does a live tarot reading on air, and the conversation turns to AI, synchronicity, and what it really means to trust your own inner guidance.

Guest: Karina La Puma is an author, intuitive guide, Reiki master, and Western astrologer (practicing since 1979). She's the creator of “A Toolkit for Awakening,” an eleven-book series weaving together tarot, astrology, mythology, psychology, and the hero's journey, and the designer of her own digital tarot deck. Her newest book, Awaken Magnetic Creation: Manifesting Your Dreams, is out now.

    In This Episode

Why the wisdom we're seeking isn't out there somewhere — it's already inside us

Karina's Sicilian and Calabrese roots, and her family's restaurant-and-bar life in small-town Pennsylvania

How curiosity about astrology and tarot in her twenties turned into eleven books

Inside “A Toolkit for Awakening” and the tarot deck that took 30 years to finish

Karina's daily three-card ritual — body, mind, and emotions

What “magnetic creation” means, and how it's different from ordinary manifestation

(20:51) The eight-year fear block that delayed her own book — and the broken ankle that finally stopped her in her tracks

AI as a creative co-creator: where it helps, and where Karina draws the line

A live, on-air tarot reading for a listener facing a creative crossroads

The Terma method: a ritual for burying the past, the future, and the present to manifest from essence, not form

Archetypes, synchronicity, and what happens when the veil between inner and outer life gets thin

How to Prepare for Death: A Buddhist Scholar on the Bardo | with Dr. John Campbell

    14/07/2026 | 1h 32 mins.
What if the whole point of your yoga practice was to prepare you to die well?

In one of our favorite conversations of the year, Dr. John Campbell joins Harmony Slater and Russell Case for a third time — and goes somewhere we’ve never gone on the show. John is one of the few Westerners certified to teach Ashtanga by the Mysore lineage, finished the Fourth Series, and holds a PhD in Religion from Columbia. He co-founded the Contemplative Sciences Center at UVA and translates Sanskrit and Tibetan tantric texts with Prof. Robert Thurman. Today he teaches Vajra Yoga at Tibet House US in New York.

Together they explore the Bardo — the Tibetan “in-between” of dying and rebirth — and how the same dissolution can be glimpsed through psychedelics, deep meditation, and moments of love or terror. Russell shares what an ayahuasca journey revealed about a lifelong fear of death; John recounts a 24-hour ceremony and the integration that mattered more than the medicine; and Harmony reframes asana as the building of a “diamond body” — a vessel strong enough to hold the energy that practice unlocks.

They sit with hard, beautiful questions: Why would an enlightened being choose to be reborn? What is the “clear light mind”? Can you really care for someone without carrying them? And is a strong backbend the goal of yoga — or just the prerequisite?

This is philosophy, dark humor, lineage, and tenderness in one sitting.

Please note: this episode discusses psychedelics, addiction, and death, and is offered for educational and contemplative purposes only — not as medical advice or an endorsement of substance use.

Diagnosed With Cancer Twice before 21: How One Woman Healed from the Inside Out | With Gena Bradshaw Vitale

    07/07/2026 | 47 mins.
What does it take to truly heal — not just treat symptoms, but address the whole of who we are? In this episode of the Finding Harmony Podcast, Harmony Slater and co-host Russell Case sit down with Gena Bradshaw Vitale, a two-time cancer survivor, author, speaker, and founder of Holistic Human Performance.

Diagnosed with leukemia as a young child and again facing a cancer scare as a young adult, Gena's journey led her from a conventional exercise-science background into the world of energy medicine, nervous-system regulation, and what she calls the integration piece — the missing link between knowing about wellness and actually living it. She shares the moment her intuition told her to seek a second surgical opinion, the message she received in her car that she'd “write a book one day,” and how she now guides high-achievers and “perfectionists in remission” out of survival mode.

Harmony connects Gena's work to her own spinal energetics and elemental embodiment practice, and the three explore the bridge between science and spirituality, the body keeping the score, ancestral patterns, and the profound identity shift of becoming a mother.

    In this conversation:

Why Gena believes science and spirituality are “two sides of the same coin”

The five “buckets” of holistic health — mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and the one we forget: energetic

How trauma and “survival mode” can quietly shape the body and health

Trusting intuition when choosing care — and the second-opinion that changed everything

Why health and purpose are directly correlated

Motherhood as ego death, rebirth, and a doorway to deeper intuitive gifts
