“MK Confidential” returns right in the thick of a new case: New Year’s Eve, 2002. A young mother gets a phone call from her new boyfriend, who’s celebrating at the Eiffel Tower, on the other side of the world. She knows he is not in Paris, his very pregnant wife is missing, and the man at the end of the line is the chief suspect. Her name is Amber Frey, and she is recording his every word.

Megyn Kelly traces Scott and Amber’s relationship to November 2022, when Scott charms a colleague at a work conference, and is set up on a blind date. The conversations become invaluable as the days tick by, and Laci’s trail grows cold.
