    Chris Wiley @hotiaichris 😉

    08/05/2026 | 1h 28 mins.
We started with a question from George as always and Marc and Jamie got it wrong again! This week about the biggest flower in the world.

Tonight we had the horticultural lifer Chris Wiley who has been gardening since the age of 8 and even asked for a greenhouse as a present.

Chris has had such a fantastic career so far from working in a nursery to releasing an amazing new sweet pea variety which won Best plant of the Year 2022 at @bbcgwlive

Now Chris’s latest venture is @hortiaichris which Chris has poured all of his knowledge and other experts to create a horticultural specific AI you can try this for free for the first month if you want to try it out.

Chris also has a sustainable plant store online for all your eco friend gardening needs.

Oh and did we mention he is a massive galanthophile!

Great to be with you all again back at our usual time with only a few hiccups.

We of course started with the big reveal of Marc’s new caravan garden room, George gave us his garden question, this week about Avocardo.

It was fantastic to have a tour of Elle’s garden now we have lighter evenings. She has achieved so much in a short space of time. With no doubt lots of hard work.

If you don’t follow Elle go give her a follow 👍🏻

Jamie & Marc have a rambling chat 🍆

    24/04/2026 | 1h 7 mins.
No guest just us having a chat showing and talking about what we have growing in our gardens.

After Instagram not letting us have sound on for the last few days we finally managed to get it sorted.

George gave us his weekly update in to his gardening world and gave Jamie and Marc their weekly gardening question. This week about apple trees.

It’s lovely to have a chat just the two of us every now and again and interact more with everyone watching.

See you next Tuesday for another episode with a guest hopefully 💚

They count have chose a more perfect brief after the @rspb advice to stop feeding birds from feeders during the summer months to try and reduce disease. They have design a garden with creating habitat and food for our feathered friends all year without the need to put out feeders.

    Jane Perrone 💚 @j.l.perrone

    10/04/2026 | 1h 28 mins.
What a privilege to have the knowledgeable house plant expert Jane on the podcast.

We started as ever with a quick chat with George and a gardening question about Asparagus this week.

Jane is the author of three books The Allotment Keepers Handbook, Legends of the Leaf and the latest book The Atlas of Deadly Plants.

She also hosts an award winning podcast On The Ledge which has over 300 episode all about houseplants.

Jane also encourages her listeners to join in with a house plant grow along to grow your own houseplants from seeds, which I have joined in with very successfully.

There is also a thriving paetron community with different levels to help support Janes podcast. All info is available on her website.

Jane showed us some of her houseplant collection, I loved the idea of creating a planter of plants that enjoy similar growing conditions, the floating moss balls are a great entry level plant for beginners.

Thanks everyone for watching and listening, join us next week for another awesome guest from the world of gardening 💚
